It takes approximately 4-6 weeks for a bespoke piece to be custom-made and shipped from Hong Kong. The design process typically takes 1 – 2 weeks depending on the complexity of the design, customer feedback on the design, and availability of gemstones. The making of the ring will only begin after the design is confirmed.

How do I get an in-house certificate for my jewellery purchased from IJ?

Infiniti Jewels provides a professional jewellery in-house certificate with all Build Your Own Diamond Jewellery items, as well as diamond, pearl, and gemstone jewellery over USD $1,000. How do i care for my jewellery?

As our pieces are hand-crafted, they are often delicate in chain and connections. Use a light hand when putting on and removing your jewellery. It is also advisable to take off your jewellery when performing household chores and outdoor sports. Do remember to store your jewelleries in a cool, dry place, ideally in the packaging provided by us. We recommend that you have your jewellery professionally cleaned, polished, and have the prongs inspected every six months. For routine care, you may clean your jewellery monthly with our complimentary cleaning kit. Do note that we do not advise using any type of machine cleaner such as an ultrasonic cleaner. They can be rough on jewellery pieces and on rare occasions result in loosened stones and other undesirable outcomes.
