Yes, international shipping is available for any purchase from Infiniti Jewels as we are proud to offer our jewellery and our loose diamond collection to customers in many other countries and regions around the world.

Upon confirmation of your shipment, you will be responsible for all applicable taxes and duties incurred at and determined by your local customs, it should be payable directly to customs or the shipping carrier. Do check with the customs office in your country for current, estimated rates.

To enhance product security, our insured and discreet packaging ensures that we do not give away what’s inside. Kindly also note that shipping times are approximate and subject to unforeseen circumstances, such as customs delays.

Your order status page provides the latest updates. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes Fedex tracking information.

We take pride in our product quality and warrant that all jewellery will be free from manufacturing defects for the life of the products. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it to us for inspection.  If we determine your purchase is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair the product or, if we think it’s appropriate, replace it. If we determine that the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, we’ll notify you and let you know if repair services are available at cost or otherwise.

Additionally, we offer complimentary cleaning and inspection services for your diamond rings and jewellery. Regular cleaning and inspection every 6 months will help extend the lifespan of your precious jewellery and prevent the stone from becoming loose.

Our lifetime warranty is only available to jewelleries from Infiniti Jewels. Any ring maintenance, repairs, sizing or other services performed on your ring by a service provider other than Infiniti Jewels will void this warranty.
